Tube Air-O-Union

Tube Air-O-Union (also called Air-O Union Tube, Air Grip Union Tube, or Pneumatic Tube) is the inflatable rubber sealing element used inside an Air-O Union assembly in drilling and mud-handling systems. It creates a leak-tight seal when inflated with compressed air.

Function

• Installed inside an Air-O Union housing.
• Inflated with air to seal the connection between two large-diameter pipes.
• Allows quick connection and disconnection of mud tanks, suction lines, and return lines.
• Accommodates pipe misalignment better than rigid unions.
